What's the class size?
Do teachers receive all their prep periods?
Does the principal treat staff and students with respect?
Does the principal and administrators respect the right of the teachers union to conduct its business?
Do teachers have all the supplies they need?
Is there enough support staff?
Are teachers being bullied by the principal with bad evaluations or sending in people to monitor their class?
Are teachers on the right step (pay grade) for their years of experience?
Are there extracurricular and electives like sports, art and music?
